Chimichurri

Chimichurri

Ingredients:

1 cup packed parsley (Italian)
½ cup olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
¼ cup of cilantro
1/3 cup redwine vinegar
¾ teaspoons of red pepper flakes/ black pepper
½ teaspoon of cumin
½ teaspoon of salt

Method

Puree all ingredients in food processor then transfer to a bowl/cover.
Maybe made 2 hours in advanced to serving.
Great as a marinade and/or salsa.
